Dotsure, WHAT A JOKE, WHAT A MESS!!!!
What a pathetic bunch of *********** people!!! I have disputed the increase of 14%, they review my policy with a specialist called Isaac Ramahalane (not sure what he specialize if but he is in the wrong line of work as he does not even know the current inflation not repo rate??? That's just mu opinion from a financial sector point of view that I expect of a specialist in this field) , he adjusted the policy with the current policy reduced in value (really surprising how they do you in on sending an increase just to reduce it more that your current policy). Then I receive a notification from my bank from debit check for a change in debit order for R 600 more than the 14% increase (WHO CHECKED THIS, ARE THEY CONFUSED???? SEEMS LIKE THEY SEND DEBIT ORDERS TO INCORRECT CUSTOMERS) THIS IS NOT ETHICAL AND DOTSURE HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON, THEIR ADMIN IS SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!! I have also noticed on my policy that they have not even taken over the details correctly form Hollard to Dotsure, and this is what you pay for? Incompetence? No I get a call from Lindisipho who asks me how can they help, seems like reading emails with instructions are not essential in Dotsure, it's a nice to have, READ EMAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!! The level of incompetence is amazing in Dotsure!!!!!
In my personal capacity and from my experience I would not recommend Dotsure to any South African in need of short term insurance, they are clearly not capable or competent!
They respond to these social media post with " Thank you so much for getting in touch with us and bringing this to our attention " and " We are so sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for any inconvenience caused " but the question remains, do they really care? No they don't!!!!
