DOTSURE WARRANTY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WILL TRY BY ALL MEANS TO REPUDIATE YOUR CLAIM
The Warranty claims division and the resolution department will find any excuse not to pay valid claims. Do not recommend this company. Pam Koloti and her folks there are out to repudiate claims at all costs, I've call over 3 times and sent messages for her to get back to me and the number keeps diverting to reception. There's a very rude claim assessor and they hide their identity behind a sharedmailbox.

24 Jun 2022, 14:49The most awful customer experience I’ve ever experienced before. I was told that I’d be called back today and its almost 3 pm and nothing since. Try calling dotsure while they repudiated your claim to speak to Pam Koloti who is never available to take calls. I’ve spoken to Natalie, Receptionist, Luthendo etc . All who tried to “put me through “ none was successful, apparently she reports to Michael Tlou who is also not available. I’m pretty sure they have their hands full with all these unfair repudiations that they deal with, the complaints department must have their hands full.
