Dotsure warranty

Worst service received from dotsure. I submitted my claim from the warranty I had at dotsure as my engine had a faulty part resulting in less performance. For 3 weeks I had to follow-up about the status quo of the claim whilst it was parked in the workshop. After a series of phone calls and emails only today was I told that they do not cover the part. I regard their service as horrible because they could have answered me immediately. Why let me wait for 3 weeks. I canceled immediately
