DOTSURE - WALKS THE TALK
The service & turnaround time for payment of claims, as well as the DIRECT communication ( yes, they actually call you and talk to you) is exceptional. Equally if not more important to me as a dog *****, the compassion expressed to me when my beagle passed away was overwhelming and they also sponsored the feeding of a rescued dog at a shelter for a 1 month to honour the memory of my dog. They definitely walk the talk when it comes to looking after our deeply treasured pets.
