DOTSURE VEHICLE INSURANCE IS THE WORST!!!
I have a vehicle claim with Dotsure since last year, I call to follow up every other week but they never reply to my emails and whenever I call the Liability department they never answer the phones just ring also I have requested to speak to anybody in a managerial position but yet again NO RESPONSE or just dropped calls. I will never recommend them to anyone! They should really just stick to pet insurance.
