Dotsure useless!!!

Useless. We have been waiting for three years for them to remove a dog that has passed away. Every phone call to them is a waist. And they never reimbursed for the other dog that we had to take to the vet. And now no vet wants to help us with the other one that was run over yesterday because we do not have all the money right away to pay for all the tests and meds that the dog has to get. We phoned dotsure to submit a claim but we are still waiting. And paying every month for all three dogs but get no help no service, Useless and they don't care.
