Dotsure unfair treatment to third party claim.

I had an accident on the 29th of March 2021. The driver who was driving a hyundai accent hit me on the right forcing me out of the lane. It was raining and he was trying to overtake and lost control of the vehicle as he spinned in the free way out of the freeway and finally grabbed and stopped by the stair on the side. Dotsure has just advisef that they will not be liable for the damage on my car because according to their driver the road was wet and he hit the pile of water thetefore it is nit his fault basically. I have afviced Joel Slinger that their driver didsaprared from the scene whilr we waited for the police without even advising me which led me to believe that he was intocicated. We then went to albetton police station to open a case.
