Dotsure ********* consultants and behavior

Consultants at dotsure are ********* ******* that want to benefit from consumers unduly. A consultant called my husband after he had cancelled his insurance with them. He BLATANTLY refused the policy yet, she activated the insurance premium and now they have debited his account. They refuse to take accountability for this error and give back that money. We are definitely going to pursue this matter with the ombudsman for insurance providers.
