Dotsure u are heartless....cruel n inhumane

Its been well over 60 days since logging my claim and am yet to receive my money. Dot sure u are heartless n cruel. I send emails but nothing... No updates or even a call to let me know what's happening. I was told payment was loaded since mid May

U R Shameless.... I have canceled all my policies with because u have shown that am not a valued client even after the endless calls n pleading.
