Dotsure tried to AMBUSH me with a unannounced massive premium increase and DebiCheck simultaneously
Dotsure attempted to get me to agree to DebiCheck, just before the monthly premium was due. With DebiCheck, it is FAR more difficult to reverse a debit order.... surprise, surprise, days later a MASSIVE premium increase was attempted. This is barely legal AMBUSHING of the client IMHO. No warning. I cancelled by policy with dotsure and went to a competitor. I explained over the phone and email why, politely. Today I get a call from them reminding me last months' premium is unpaid, how come. Really?
