dotsure told me the wrong premium and now there is nothing they can do about it

If you are looking for insurance please stay away from dotsure, I got an email that my premium will increase in feb, I called them and ask for a review , it was reviewed , I got an email that stated that my premium was R2600 which was not communicated to me I called and asked why was the review done on R2600.00 and i was paying R2800.00 , I asked two people at your call center since the premium is now R2600.00 for December, what will be the premium for the 1st of February both of them they told me it will remain R2600.00, I called today to asked again , I was told by Nikiwe that it will R3300, she told me that she is sorry that the other two agents I spoke to **** to me. there is nothing she can do about , basically as a client I can not trust dotsure agent , they is no service at dotsure.
