Dotsure - They kept their promises

I opened a pet insurance some two months ago, and from the first day of the inception of the policy I was treated with respect, patience and care. On the 14 February 2022, the worst thing happened. One of my puppies got hurt and cut opened under her arm, it looked like an emergency. At first I didn't know what to expect from dot sure, i called in to report the incident and spoke to Luke Quist, he took me through the claiming process and promised to email me the forms that I can start with the claim. I drove to the vet, by the time I got there, the forms were on my inbox, together with the step by step of how to claim. I didn't care much at the time as my puppy needed serious attention. The following day the puppy got stitched up and the vet completed the form for me, i settled the bill, then emailed all documents back to dot sure, it was around 4.45pm when I emailed. By 5pm I got an email from Micheala Cronje that they are looking into my claim. Few minutes later, the claim was approved and the breakdown was provided to me. Two days later the claim was paid out. I have never seen such care and consideration, they even send my puppy a get well soon card 😍😍 I really appreciate their and support
