Dotsure the worst insurance company to deal with

I am so ****ed off with this insurance company. They never ask me about my previous insurance company before I could take out their policy. My claim on both my cellphone have being authorized. The consultant told me they will replace the units. I have then ask them to pay me out because I have purchased other cellphone. They found every excuse in the book to not pay me claim even after they asked me foe my receipts. Then then refunded me in full. I still await both my hand sets they took from me. I am going social media with this.
