Dotsure the worst insurance co ever

Dotsure surely rep**** that they would come back to and they did. Why I do not know as they were never prepared to look at their mistakes that they made interpreting the policy, not were they prepared to re-open and evaluate the case as they new they had no leg to stand on. Why create the false impression that they call back as they are not prepared to do anything and are to busy to discuss the matter. If you would like to elaborate they put the phone down while talking. Thank you Dotsure for nothing. All previous claims have been settled halfway, this time you have outdone yourself. There is also no way in hell to get hold of a manager as they have the best gate keepers in the industry. Watch out as long as you can be milked they are there for you, but incase of a claim they are shut.
