Dotsure the worst car insurance, use at your own risk.

Dotsure insurance is the worst , I got involved in an accident while my car was covered with them they towed it to Krugersdorp after they declined my claim for a reason I can't understand. After that they never communicated anything to me I don't know whether my car is a write off or what I don't even know where my car is at in Krugersdorp everytime I call them I don't get a proper way forward I keep on being transferred from one person to another with their consultants being rude. One of them told me that I should sort myself out while my insurance cover is still active and I'm sure that come month end they'll be deducting. They think cars are the same as dogs these ones. Use them at your own risk.
