I lost my cellphone on the 04/03/2019 and I informed Dotsure.My claim was then handed over to Genevieve Joseph who informed me what documents were needed for her to process my claim.I then gathered all the documents and scanned and emailed it to her on the same day.I am so happy to inform you that today is the 06/03/2019 and Genevieve has called me to inform me that my claim has been finalised.Dotsure will be making payment for the phone within the next 2 to 3 days.I appreciate the high level of service they have given me and their professionalism.Dotsure is the way to go..........Thank you Genevieve
