Dotsure the unpredictable

I took a vital support policy with Dotsure, I've been paying via debit oder, this month I noticed they didn't take the money, I called them to find out why, to my surprise they tolde the policy has cancelled, ask by who, they told me by Guardrisk the underwriter, I called Guardrisk to find out, what Guardrisk told me is unbelievable, they told me that they don't have a right to cancel or take new clients, which means Dotsure **** to me. I called them again and notify them that Guardrisk is disputing the cancelation of my vital support, thet promise to escalate the matter. My ID ***
