Charming staff - but an ************ business. I've been trying to cancel the policy I took out in August 2017 since 12 December 2023 and they simply ignore my emails. I receive automated responses and that's it. BEWARE. Clearly they function on the basis of luring yoj in & then holding upu captive, leaving the client no alternative other than to approach the Ombudsman to terminate a policy
