Dotsure - the best pet insurance
I received such quick and swift response from Chantelle Groenewald. Chantelle who rep**** to my claim within 3 hours of sending it. She also called me on the telephone to ensure me that my claim is being taken care of. This is what I call excellent customer service, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Dotsure to all who are thinking of applying to a pet medical aid. Thank you Chantelle
