DOTSURE THE BEST

I have to rave about the service that I have received from Dotsure over the years, never have I ever had to phone them and find out what is happening within 10 minutes of submitting a claim they have contacted me and told me what is happening and how much the refund will be. On Friday last week I submitted a claim and within 10 minutes Wendy contacted me and told me my full claim had been approved and the full amount would be refunded within 48 hours and over a weekend as well. The money was deposited and showed on Saturday evening THANK YOU WENDY AND DOTSURE - YOU ALWAYS RESTORE MY FAITH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE :-)
