Dotsure: Thato Mohlolo

I contacted them via email to submit my claim for my Dachshund Max. Thato Mohlolo phoned me back, asked me two questions, he submitted my claim and it was not even 2 min when he phoned me back to confirm that my claim was successful and my funds will be in my account within 2 to 3 working days. I was shocked as I'm not use to receiving such excellent and professional service. He phoned me the next day to follow up on how Max was doing. Unfortunately Max had to go back to the Vet, I submitted another claim via Thato Mohlolo and received the same excellent and professional service. Thank you so much Thato Mohlolo, we need more people like you.
