Dotsure that I have the best insurance possible!

<p>I have recently been in the unfortunate position, after a few years of being with Dotsure (Oakhurst Insurance) that I had to claim for an accident that I had.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that as with any insurance, I was kind of hoping that I would never need to put their service and claims processes to the test, but unfotunately I had an accident and needed to claim at the end of April.</p> <p> </p> <p>The towing service was somewhat slow (I was not allowed to use firstroad which was on the scene already, due to Dotsure/ Oakhurst's current service provider agreements) Howver the equipment that they used (a roollback truck) gave me peace of mind that my car will be taken care of well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The claims process was efficient, albeit that there was quite a few public holidays inbetween the accident and the process of getting the claim approved. All was completed in an entirely satisfactory timeframe.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Panelbeater used is well known (Great South Autobody), and was very professional. Within about four weeks from the date if the actual accident I had my car back and in great condition too.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am thankful to all the staff members at Dotsure / Oakhurst for their prompt, efficient service. My excess was also reduced since I have been insured with them for quite a few years, and although my premiums has now been increased, it was not by an exhorbitant amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>Overall I am extremely happy with Dotsure/Oakhurst and would reccommend them to friends and family.</p>
