Dotsure Terrible Service

My neighbor is insured with Dotsure. Our boundary wall between his house and our house fell. This was due to tree roots from his side pushing the wall down. It's been over a month, the wall is still not fixed. Dotsure gave him the run around requesting quotes etc. After a month, they then decide to send they own assessor, they then reject the claim stating wear and tear. This after wasting time for over a month. They could just have sent a assessor the week the claim was lodged. I m so thankful not to be insured with them
