Dotsure telematics not working

I’ve been away from my car for a couple of days and as the owner I regularly check it’s whereabouts…. I’m soo disappointed in the service I received from Dotsure today!!! The telematics portal isn’t working… and these are the little inconvenient moments that make me reconsider being with Dotsure!!! There’s always something that isn’t working…if it’s not the website that is under construction it’s us unable to use their services…. You guys need to improve otherwise I’m definitely looking for a better service elsewhere.
