Dotsure telematics app a joke

I am having problems with syncing the dotsure tag and to get any trip detail and still after 2 weeks I am still to get the issue resolved. I submitted a claim and sent screenshot of trip date but claim was canceled reason being no trip data. Really very disappointing service and if that is the way they treat one with a small claim I am wondering what will happen if in a serious accident. I am definitely going to change my car insurance
