Dotsure stick to pet insurance

There client bumped into my car and I followed all there processes and submitted. There customer service is seriously disgusting as they dont return messages or keep 3rd party informed. I call them daily and they forever in meetings....when do they actually work or return calls. I finally get to speak to one and get promised an email within an hour....still waiting!!!

They must stick to insuring dogs as they are pathetic
