DOTSURE -*****ING PEOPLES MONEY!!!
So many exclusions for your pets there is no point insuring your pets- they do not stick to the promises they say on their advert on TV- don't waste your money rather go to ONE PLAN they don't have all the exclusions that dotsure has! Dotsure quick to take your money but to claim....??

We confirm that you were given different options of cover that Dotsure has to offer, and you had opted for the Basic Plan for all your dogs. The terms and conditions of the plan were explained, and you opted for the plan that is best suited for the needs of your dogs. You were also advised that you could upgrade to another plan whenever you wish to do so. Exclusions of the plan opted for were also explained during the signup of the policy.
We have referred your concerns to your Personal Portfolio Consultant for further assistance.
