dotsure Service SUCKS

On the 21st June 2024 dotsure issued me with a discount voucher for dog food. However, nowhere did they mention that the voucher was only valid until 30th June 2024, and I only found this out when I went to buy dog food towards the end of last month. So I sent the Client Care Consultant Annemi Du Plessis an email complaining about this, and I am STILL WAITING for a reply or at leas an UP YOURS.

I did phone on two occasions, but all the consultants seem to care about is that should I want to cancel my policy,I need to do so telephonically.

The poor service is really a disappointment considering that it was spot on when I signed up. And yes I will more than likely cancel my policy once I have found an acceptable alternate agency
