Dotsure service delivery for January 2024
Luzahn Jordaan from Dotsure handled my claim with efficiency. Luzahn was professional and knowledgeable. As always, I received outstanding service from Dotsure. Their entire team is really hands-on. Love their efficient, professional service. I got paid out within 24 hours after submitting my claim which is a service I never received from any other insurer. Thanks to Dotsure, my dog could undergo an operation. He can be treated for all his follow-up appointments. Less stress for us. If it wasn't for Dotsure, I don't know how I could afford my fur baby's treatment. Thank you Dotsure for your FANTASTIC, SUPERB SERVICE.
