DOTSURE sent me a **** HILLS dog food voucher and won't respond to email or on their online chat regarding this
I received a 50% of Hills Prescription Diet for Skin Conditions for my dog. When I tried to claim the voucher I was told that the voucher can't be used for that food. I have sent DOTSURE 5 emails regarding this and I haven't heard back from them. This amounts to false offers and entrapment to purchase products. I'm shocked that such a well known company is giving their clients **** vouchers.
