DOTSURE ******** CLIENTS!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed with the service from Dotsure, they clearly don't care about their clients because i have submitted a claim still today no consultant has called me. I have phoned couple of times and the claim handler is always busy. The other consultant can't assist because this Joanne lady is the claims handler, the only things they do is take contact details for her to call me back of which she never does.

I think its time for Dotsure to be reported to the ombudsman, if I don't receive a call from them today, i will be reporting this matter to the ombuds.
