Dotsure ********!!!

I was going to give you no star if I could, Dotsure is a bunch of ********. I submitted my claim and they decide how much it's going to cost me to fix my car! Why on earth do you let me run up and down to get quotations when you already have a system that gives you the calculations of how much it's going to cost me to have my car fixed?! Why do I have to get two quotes if you are a panel beater yourself?! Now my claim is rejected and I probably need to climb a tree to get the money to have my car fixed right?!!!!
