DOTSURE ****!!!!!
I received a call from a dotsure call centre agent ***). The agent advised that my extended car warranty for my vehicle had expired. I then asked the agent to provide me with the details of the vehicle/my personal details. The agent provided me with my personal details (ID, home address, etc). I asked agent to call me back as I was not in a position to discuss the query.
The agent has not called me back. I have been calling both the *** and ***3 but no one answers or the phone just goes dead.
THIS IS TRULY DEPLORABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME ***
