DOTSURE ****
This company ******* me into a policy that was supposed to be affordable. But a month later they sent me a letter saying my insurance premium will be increased because I had not given them information of my previous insurance. I had indicated in the registration form that I do not have previous insurance history.
After several attempts at cancelling the policy they continued to debit my account and only sent a cancellation after they had debited my account. This is a terrible business and I will advise others not to consider joining this company for any of their products.

We confirm that you purchased a Dotsure Insurance Policy online and the risk premium was based on the information you provided. As per the online application form, you were asked specific questions regarding your previous insurance history and based on your answers, you were offered a premium discount. However, in order to keep the discount you were required to provide a letter from your previous insurer as proof of your insurance history, referred to as “No Claims Bonus letter” (NCB). We confirm that as per our records the said letter was never received and as such, your premium had to be adjusted accordingly.
We further confirm that the policy was cancelled effective 25 May 2018 as per the letter sent to you on even date.
