Dotsure rock!

I joined Dotsure because my previous insurers/assures premiums became rather high. I was a bit nervous because I had actually had terrific service from the previous company. Well, Dotsure have outdone even the best of any service I have received before. (Very cute how they address an email to your pet wishing them a speedy recovery once you've lodged a claim) . Their staff are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Payment on claims is immediate. Best thing is that their premiums are affordable. I am beyond satisfied with Dotsure and highly recommend them.
