Dotsure review

I got a policy with dotsure. Nice, right then after a year they updated my policy to total loss. Meaning that not paint, or windscreen or accidental dents are covered. What did these people do, just sent me an email with a new policy. Last month I cancelled the policy, what did they do, not their jobs apparently. The debit went through and they bypassed my debicheck. Nice company.

When I called they are in a meeting, they will get back to me.
