Dotsure review about their professional & amazing service

I would like to thank Dotsure for the professional way in which they handle their claims. My golden retriever got very sick earlier this year. A week later I went down with a really bad flu virus. A week later I was travelling & I became really very busy at work. When I managed to catch up with myself, I was so grateful that I could submit the claim on line with the attached documents they request from you. The next morning I received a get well soon email for my pup from Dotsure which was such al lovely touch as we really thought we were going to loose him. Later I received a call from their consultant confirming the invoices that I remitted online. A few days later the the claim was paid. The service was efficient & painless. Thank you Dotsure for your professionalism & for sending the caring email about my pup. It meant more than you could imagine. Keep up the good work.
