DOTSURE rejecting claim to replace CV joint.

Dotsure refused to repair my CV joint after being involved in an accident. The impact resulted in a damage which i'm now told is due to wear and tear although both CVs and boots were replaced previously, and the CV on the left that is not damaged shows that it is fairly new and that is what i explained to the assessor who seemed adamant not to listen.

Please do not join DOTSURE if you do not want a headache during a claim process. They also have only one designated service provider for the whole of Rustenburg. They also source their own parts which delays the repair process. On both occasions my vehicles took more than 6 weeks on average at the repair shop. Before they towed my vehicle they wanted to give me R27000 to do my own repairs (that's 40% of the cost to repair the car according to the quote on my possession from other repair shops). Maybe that's the reason my CV claim was rejected (to save costs at my expense)
