Dotsure refuse to pay cheapest quote from panelbeaters

Truck hit my car ,I submitted all required documents for claim, provided 3 quotations and Dotsure fails to even pay the cheapest of the 3 quotes I provided

They told me to send pictures and assessor will asess the damages. Assessor doesnt come on site to view actual damages however he suggest a payout that doesnt even come close to quotes provided.

Im told not to liaise with the truck company. Dotsure will follow up with claim on my behalf...now i must settle with a payout that wont cover the accident cause by a truck driver.

You'll are ******, stick to small claims and pet insurance. Leave car insurance to the professional
