Dotsure reflection on my credit score

My understanding about this company is that they are insurance company. My problem is that they reflect in my credit score that I'm in areas because I owe them. I contacted them as well and they informed me that they have never send my name to credit bureau as a results of me owing them. As an insurance company if I don't pay the won't provide services. I don't know how to remove them from my credit score.I have sent a dispute to clear score about the matter but was never fixed and it affect my credit score
