Samantha from Dotsure was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Soon after I uploaded my claim form, I received an email from her stating which documents I need to upload. This was done the same day I uploaded my form. Two days later later I received my money. I must be honest, the staff at Dotsure are professional, efficient and do not waste any time. Thank you Samantha, thank you Dotsure. No need to stress about finances wrt my pets. That was a huge weight off my shoulder. From my experience, Dotsure's staff seem are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. That is what every client looks for in a company. 5 star rating. Thank you.
