Dotsure - Rachel Crawford

I had a perceived problem with the amount with which my bank account was being debited for my car insurance policy. I was put through to Rachel Crawford who took great pains to explain the "new" debit order regulations as far as the banks are concerned. I also had a problem with receiving SMSs from Dotsure. She even phoned me back to make sure that the cellphone number that they have on their system was correct. My thanks to Rachel for the very professional way that she handled my query, and WOW! what a fabulous telephone voice!
