Dotsure Portal
My 5 star rating goes to Chandre Van Der Heever. After trying to unsuccessfully trying to submit a claim on the portal. Told photo grainy, haven't submitted documents. I even received a message to say my claim had been cancelled. Chandre helped me with one phone call. I'm 77 years and her patience was very touching. Dotsure Chandre saved you a longstanding client on the superior plan. I believe the Dotsure rep also assisted. Thanks to her too
