DOTSURE- POOR SERVICE REGARDING SETTLING CLAIM

Dotsure motor warranty makes your nightmare a reality, having a motor warranty is supposed to give you peace of mind, yet with dotsure it's really a waste of money! We as clients take motor warranty thinking we are covered in an event of a mechanical breakdown but in actual fact we are just paying for excuses when your vehicle breaks down.We are not professional mechanics to know the ins and outs of an engine and what components are included or not, we pay for a warranty that covers internal engine components,On component it says engine due to internal mechanical failure. A vanos is the main part of a bmw engine as well as the oil pressure control valve and how can this not be covered, a vanos is inside the engine and apart of the cylinder head, I took this warranty as a precautionary measure and knowing I am covered for a mechanical breakdown, how do I stop parts that’s not covered inside my engine from breaking,Every car engine is built different, how can you offer your clients a warranty where the important parts of that vehicle’s components is not covered. In reality there are over 30 000+ clients paying for motor warranty with the peace of mind that they are covered but in actual fact you take their money and when it’s time to pay you guys reject the claim stating the component is not covered. Why not tailor a warranty based on that vehicle’s components, in my case, how will I know what a vanos gear is? I am not a mechanic just like most of your customers that have the warranty just like me. My belief is that Dotsure does not consider client loyalty at all . It's just typical to look for every excuse to refuse a claim. I am cancelling all my policies with them, because I am afraid of paying for insurance, and when it's needed you are thrown in the deep end. Furthermore you get assessors working for you who change their conclusion everytime you come with facts, its either they dont know their job or just making excuses not to settle your claim.
