Dotsure poor service

I joined Dotsure in October after 17 years with another service provider. I have never seen such bad service like i have in the last 6 months. I am trying to get a resolution with regards to a claim and my premiums but no one seems to be interested in assisting. They seem as if they have no customer service and read everything from a book. I am really dissapointed with them and wish i never left my other insurance. Now it seems i have to go legally as am bound to a 3 year contract with Netstar as its compulsory to be with them. Going to take this further and hold Dotsure responsible for the Netstar premiums as i have received false information and no assisatnce. Dont reccomend them to anyone looking for new insurance.
