Dotsure policy wording

My first claim went well, but when I tried to claim again, I was only paid a fraction of the cost although the limit for medicines was not reached. Acoording to them there are sublimits on claims for so called similar confitions like UTI and incontinencr due to lack of estrogen. They could however not supply me with the policy schedule where it was stipulated that such confitions are related. I cancelled my policy, because of their misleading advertising and documentation.
