Dotsure pet medical aid - Marizel Bernardo
Marizel Bernardo was extremely sweet and polite in response to my query regarding pet medical aid. She was patient with the different questions I posed, even going and double checking with her manager on one of the more unorthodox questions. She was wonderfully responsive when I needed to amend the policy thereafter.
