Dotsure Pet Insurance is actually a good insurance to have

I would just like to say well done to Dotsure Pet Insurance as we have been customers of Oakhurst which has formed part of Dotsure and their service is just as excellent as we were used to with Oakhurst.

Sherezan Erasmus helped me very nicely with our Wellness benefit claim for our Boxer as we have him on the Superior Plan where we get a benefit for yearly check-up at the Vet and it works fantastically.

We had a minor emergency visit for each of our dogs over the past 3 years, due to allergic reaction for the one and an incorrectly placed microchip that moved in the other and Dotsure helped us wonderfully in both cases and we got refunded for these trips, which is exactly why we planned ahead and got insurance for them should something unplanned happen.

When we saw how transparent and helpful Dotsure was, we were truly impressed as we thought we were going to get the usual insurance horror stories, where it's a massive headache to get the claim sorted, but they were so helpful and we submitted everything and within 2-3 days we had the allotted amounts refunded.

I would definitely recommend (and have done so to all our friends and family) Dotsure Pet Insurance for peace of mind should something unfortunate happen to your furry family member, you at least know that there is help available to offset some of the costs as Vets are sometimes more expensive that Dr these days, especially for after hours emergencies which is mostly when you need a Vet other than annual check-ups.

The claims process is very straight forward and claims are settled in an amazing time of 2-3 days the money you qualify to get back is deposited into your account and it isn't a massive fight to get what you are paying for which other insurance companies can learn a lot from, especially vehicle and home insurance, as they always come with 20 different stories and fine print.
