I submitted a claim for my cat on the afternoon of 28 May 24 and immediately received a response that my claim was received, even though the following day was a public holiday, I received an email on Thursday morning advising my claim was in hand an shortly thereafter on the same Thursday morning my claim was approved and money refunded into my account. What excellent speedy service received from Lee-Ann Heidemann Dotsure Pet Insurance. My decision to move to Dotsure Pet Insurance was most certainly the right choice, very happy with the service received.
