Hi,

We have only had a good experience with Dotsure. They are very quick to reply to claims and pay back within a few days. Janet Kruger is our agent and when a claim was missed and I emailed to query it, she was on the phone straight away to resolve it and it was resolved within a day.

They even sent out Jack Russell a get well soon card :)
